Weekly Workouts 6/18 – 6/24

This week I ended up taking three off days from the gym instead of one. I had only one planned rest day, but the stomach bug had other plans for me. My workouts I did complete felt really good, maybe some time off will be a nice deload for me. I’m excited to get back…
