Weekly Workouts 6/18 – 6/24

This week I ended up taking three off days from the gym instead of one. I had only one planned rest day, but the stomach bug had other plans for me. My workouts I did complete felt really good, maybe some time off will be a nice deload for me. I’m excited to get back into the gym tomorrow and get back into my routine!


On Saturday we went to a New York Sports Club, which is one of the big chains around here. It had a lot of equipment so it was fun to try out new things. It was also nice being back on a platform to deadlift.

  • Monday:
    • Bench 95# 3×7
    • Cable Chest fly: 4×8
  • Tuesday: complete off day
  • Wednesday:
    • Deadlift: 195# 3×5
    • Single arm cable row: 4×8
      • SS: rear delt row 4×8
    • Cable row: 4×8
    • Lat pull: 4×8
  • Thursday:
    • Squat: 155# 3×7
    • Reverse lunge: 85# 4×6(per leg)
    • Abs
  • Saturday:
    • Deadlift: 205# 4×3
    • Sumo Deadlift: 155# 4×8
    • Cable rear delt cross: 25# 4×8
    • Row machine: 55# 4×8
    • Kettlebell row: 25# 4×8
    • Assisted pullups
  • Sunday: complete off day
