Weekly Workouts 5/14-5/20

Itโ€™s been a busy week of packing, but I got all of my lifts in ๐Ÿ˜€I made sure to start my day off at the gym so that I wouldnโ€™t get too tired and make an excuse not to go.

This was my second week of the new program and it went really well. Itโ€™s the first time Iโ€™ve done sets with only one rep in months. I lifted pretty close to my PRs, and it felt relatively easy ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

This current week is my last week at Lifetime before I move. It was a little sad cancelling my membership, but I know Iโ€™ll find a great gym in New York. While Iโ€™m sad to be leaving my gym, Iโ€™m excited to always have my workout partner with me๐Ÿ˜€

Weekly workouts:

Monday: walk


Bench: 5×3 85,90,95,100,105

Cable chest fly: 25 4×8

Twist press: 20 4×8

Bi curl: 15 4×8


Deadlift: 200 5×2

Squat: 150 4×5


Bench: 5×3 85,90,95,100,105

Friday: complete off day spent ๐Ÿ“ฆ (those boxes were heavy!)


Deadlift: 210×3 160 3×5

Lat pull: 70 4×8

Cable rear delt pull: 30 4×10


Squat: 180 3×1, 135 3×5

Reverse lunge: 65 4×16

Straight leg deadlift: 95 4×8
