Weekly Workouts 7/23-7/29

Happy Monday!

We had a nice weekend lifting with our friends at their gym and getting some delicious sushi after! We put in an application for an apartment in their building, so hopefully that will be our gym soon!! It’s one of the best powerlifting gyms in NYC so we are very excited. It’s so convenient to have a gym in the basement during the week, it saves me a lot of time and hassle.

Do you guys have any workouts/exercises you’d like to see on the blog?

Workouts:

  • Monday:
    • Squat: 180# 2×3, 190# 3×3
    • Reverse lunge: 95# 4×8
  • Tuesday:
    • Deadlift: 210# 4×3
    • Pullups: 3x failure
  • Rear delt pull: 4×10
  • Wednesday: complete off day
  • Thursday:
    • Bench: 100,105,110,115,120# x3
    • Incline bench press: 27.5# 4×8
    • Arnold Press: 25# 4×8
  • Friday:
    • Squat: 170# 4×5
    • Walk
  • Saturday:
    • Deadlift: 215# 5×2
    • Sumo Deadlift: 155# 4×8
  • Sunday:
    • Bench: 115,120,125# x1, 95# 3×5
