Weekly Workouts 7/8 – 7/15

Hi friends, hope you all had a great weekend! We had a nice and relaxing weekend and got some meal preps and cleaning done. We tried finding a couch but still haven’t had any luck. Any suggestions??

I had some great workouts this week. I deadlifted my personal record for deadlifts yesterday and it felt really good. I haven’t tested my deadlift max since May of 2017! I’ve made a lot of progress since then. I’m also lifting really close to my bench and squat personal records.

    • Squat: 175# 2×3, 185# 3×3
    • Curtsey lunge: 25# 4×8
      • SS Reverse lunge with plate: 25# 4×8
  • Tuesday:
    • Bench: 95,100,105,110,115# x3
    • Arnold Press: 25# 4×8
    • Bicep Curl
      • Tricep Extension
  • Wednesday: complete off day
  • Thursday:
    • Deadlift: 215# 5×2
    • Db row: 25# 4×8
    • Pullups Bench: 
  • Friday:
    • Squat: 165# 4×5
    • Reverse lunge: 85# 3×12
    • Walk
  • Saturday:
    • Bench: 110,115,120# x1, 95# 3×5
    • DB Incline Press: 25# 4×8
    • Arnold Press: 22.5# 4×8
    • Db Fly: 15# 4×8
    • Bicep Curl: 17.5# 4×8
      • SS Overhead tricep extension: 20# 4×10
  • Sunday:
    • Deadlift: 225# 3×1, 170# 3×5
    • Sumo Deadlift: 135# 4×8
    • Rear delt cross: 4×8
    • Rope rear delt pull: 4×10
    • Single arm cable row 4×8
      • SS rear delt pull 4×8
    • Walk
