This week was my last ever lift at Lifetime Fitness and I was quite sad, it’s been my favorite gym that I’ve belonged to. Jon and I both benched and had decent workouts. We were still recovering from the stomach bug and missed workouts so weren’t on our “A game”. Now that I’m healthy and home from Michigan I’m really looking forward to getting back into a routine and having some great meal preps. I believe that routines and eating the right foods are so important for a solid workout.

- Deadlift: 215# 5×2 (this was tough!)

- Bench: 95,100,105,110 x3; 115 2×2
- Shoulder Press: 55# 4×5

- Saturday: complete off day
