I’ve recently started liking guacamole, but I still don’t like avocados. Makes sense right? I always eat this with my Guilt Free Nachos; it’s so delicious and a great source of healthy fat.
- 2 Avocados
- ¼ Cup salsa
- 1 ½ TBS Lime Juice
- Salt to taste, we use a lot of salt
- ½ Cup onions (optional)
- Pinch of cilantro (optional)
- Put all ingredients into a food processor/nutribullet
- Blend until desired consistency (I don’t like any chunks in mine so I blend longer)
- Enjoy with these chips (my fav)

I can’t wait to try this. One change i would make is to use fresh lime. I HATE bottled lemon and lime and think fresh is always better. I use fresh lime and lemon in my water, salads, and lite beer so I always have lots around.

Sad here. I just went to ENT and my chronic bronchitis has been diagnosed as acid reflex. No more lime, lemon, citrus fruit, coffee, tea, lemonade, beer, wine, pizza, tomato and most of my favorite foods.. That explains why the bronchitis has not gone away. I am supposed to have only feta and goat cheese. I do like those. Just call me the banana and apple queen.
Yikes!! That sounds terrible! I hope you’ll be able to eat your favorite foods soon!
