Happy Monday! Hope you all had a great weekend and enjoyed the extra hour! I spent the weekend decorating for Christmas 🎄 and running some errands. I had to decorate this weekend, because it’ll be the last weekend I’m home until after Thanksgiving, which sounds kinda crazy. This weekend I’m flying to Michigan to decorate my parent’s house, the following weekend Jon and I are travelling to Savannah, GA and Charleston, SC for a little vacation, and then the next weekend we are going to be in Atlanta for Thanksgiving. Whew! That seems like a lot, but it’ll all be so much fun.
With all that travelling, my workouts and strength will take a back seat. Over the holidays I’m just going to do the best that I can to maintain my strength in my main lifts, and then after Christmas I’ll really focus on getting into a routine. I still haven’t gone to the yoga class in my building yet, I’ve started stretching after my workouts and have lost so much flexibility 🤦🏻‍♀️ So this is a reminder to take the time to stretch after your workouts!
