Weekly Workouts 3/26- 4/1

This week I only worked out twice which rarely happens. Work has been very busy and has definitely decreased my workout time. I also chose to spend time with family for the holidays instead of going to the gym. I used to think I had to workout everyday or I wouldn’t make progress, but I learned that it’s ok to miss some workouts if that means spending more time with the people you love.

Monday: complete off day

Tuesday:

  • Squat: 150# 3×7
  • Deadlift: 185# 3×5

Wednesday: complete off day

Thursday: complete off day

Friday: complete off day

Saturday:

  • Bench: 105# 5×3
  • Squat: 160# 3×5
  • Reverse lunge: 75# 4×12

Sunday: complete off day
