Weekly Workouts 3/19 – 3/25

This week felt better than last, my strength is slowly getting back to where it was before I took some time off. I had my hardest week of my program, so the weights were a little lighter, otherwise I may not have been able to complete all of my sets. This coming week is my easiest week so I’ll be able to get through my lifts quicker.

On Saturday I worked all day and was feeling restless and stressed, so I went to my happy place, aka the gym.  I hopped on the stair master and watched some Youtube videos and felt so much better. I didn’t have the energy to lift after working all day and I needed to zone out. (I don’t recommend zoning out while lifting)  I like doing cardio when I need to clear my head. It’s easy for me to just use the stair master or run sprints and forget about everything on my mind.


Monday: complete off day


  • Squat: 150# 5×7
  • Deadlift 170# 6×5

Wednesday: complete off day


  • Bench: 100# 6×5
  • Triceps

Friday: (this lift took forever)

  • Deadlift: 205# 5×2, AMRAP 3
  • Squat: 160# 6×5


  • 45 mins stair master


  • Bench: 105# 5×3, AMRAP 5
  • Squat: 165# 5×4, AMRAP 6
