Weekly Workouts 10/8 – 10/14

Happy Monday and Tax Day!

img_4771_polarrI’m back! I’ve been MIA lately because I was so busy at work! This busy season was definitely my hardest one yet, but somehow, I made it out alive.  I’m not sure I would’ve made it another week. But now I’m done, and I can finally enjoy my week nights and weekends again!! I’ll finally have time to explore and relax and soak in all NYC has to offer. I’m also excited to get back into a routine and have some great workouts. I’ve been focusing on maintaining my strength this busy season and just doing the best that I can. Now that I’m free, I can dedicate more time and energy to my lifts and improve my strength. I’m also really excited to start going to yoga again during the week. There’s a class in my building that I really want to try out.

I’m so relieved to be done with my fall busy season, regularly scheduled blog posts to come 🙂 Jon and I are going to Boston this weekend and I’m so excited! It’ll be nice to explore after being cooped up in the office for so long. If you have any blog post suggestions let me know!

    • Squat 165# 4×5
    • Reverse lunge: 95# 3×12
    • Hip Thrust: 115# 4×8
  • Tuesday:
    • Deadlift: 220# 2×2 215# x2 205# x2
  • Wednesday:
    • Complete off day
  • Thursday:
    • Complete off day
  • Friday:
    • Bench 95# 3×7
    • Incline bench: 65# 4×7
    • Dumbbell Fly: 4×8
    • Arms
  • Saturday:
    • Squat: 200# 3×1 160 3×5
  • Sunday:
    • Complete off day
