Happy Monday!
Now that busy season at work is in full effect I’m making it a goal to keep my workouts a priority. Working out keeps me happy and sane, and I can’t sacrifice my health and wellness for work. On that note, I have decreased my workouts from 6 to 5. Tax season is very exhausting on its own, so mixing that with physically exhausting workouts can burn me out.
Another busy season goal of mine related to fitness is to continue meal prepping. It’s so easy to just grab whatever food is fastest, but it’s important to nourish my body in these stressful times. It also helps having Jon prep all the chicken for us 🙂
