This recipe has been almost a year in the making. Last July Jon and I made these brownies and we’ve been talking about making them again ever since! These black bean brownies are great because they don’t have any added sugar or artificial ingredients. They are also full of healthy fat and fiber, and don’t contain gluten or dairy. A true guilt free treat!

Ingredients:
- 1 can of black beans
- 2 eggs
- ½ of an avocado
- ½ cup and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- ½ cup honey
- ½ teaspoon of baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Chocolate Chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350*
- Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips (we used nutribullet)
- Fold in chocolate chips once blended
- Pour batter into a greased 3×9 pan
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Enjoy!
