This week I was on week 2 of my program and it was tough. I took two rest days because I was so exhausted. With tax season upon me and my free time limited, I’m making it my goal to complete all five of my lifts a week.
Workouts this week:
Monday: Vinyasa Yoga class
Tuesday:
- Squat: 145 3×7
- Deadlift: 180 4×5
- PM: Full body workout (will be posted soon)
Wednesday:
- Bench: 105 3×4
- Incline Press: 65 4×8
Thursday:
- Deadlift: 200 4×2, AMRAP set 5
- Squat: 155 4×5
Friday: Total off day (definitely needed)
Saturday:
- Bench: 110 4×3
Sunday:
- Squat: 165 4×3, 5 set AMRAP 4
- Stair master 20 mins
