Hi friends, welcome back! This fall season really got away from me, but I made it in time to see Central Park before all the leaves fell. I was nervous I had missed all the gorgeous foliage, but when I got to Bow Bridge, I was absolutely amazed by the sight before me. Central Park sure is special!
I was clearly not expecting to be in a picture, hence my outfit, but when someone offers I can’t help but say yes 🙂 It was a perfect day to wander around Central Park!
The Pond looked so pretty! This was as far north as I ventured, but if you want to see the northern part of Central Park in the fall you can check out my post from last year here.
Some lucky girl was going to have a very memorable day! I didn’t stick around to watch, but hopefully she said yes!
Bethesda Fountain is always a popular spot.
Walking through The Mall with the leaves falling and the scent of leaves mixed with those mouthwatering pecans made for the perfect NYC moment!
I visited a few days before the NYC Marathon so they were busy setting everything up. The city really comes out to support the marathoners!
If only I lived closer and could walk through here every day. It takes me about thirty minutes to get here from our apartment in the Financial District.
Wollman Ice Rink is all ready for the holiday season. Even though it was about 60*F this day, plenty of people laced up their skates for some fun.
The contrast of the park with the massive skyscrapers never gets old.
Last stop, the always beautiful Bow Bridge.
It was such a perfect fall day and I’m so happy I made it in time to see all the fall foliage. Hope you enjoyed this tour! This concludes “fall” on my blog and it’s all things Christmas from here on out 🙂
