Hi friends, welcome back! Every year, a select few deck out their NYC town houses in spooky decorations and I’m ALL about it. I did my research this year to find out the best locations and must-see spots. The most famous decor is on the Upper East Side, but quite a few neighborhoods and famous spots also decorate for fall. I’ve compiled all the fall spots I discovered into this post for your viewing pleasure 🙂
On a chilly, crisp fall day, I took the subway to 59th street on the East Side and wandered the avenues up to 86th street finding the best decor. I started on 61st Street and quite a few homes on the block participated in the fun. I found this map online and it guided me to almost all of the pictures you’ll see.
One day I hope my porch will look something like this. I won’t be the scariest house on the block!
This one was my favorite of all the townhomes I saw, I liked how the skeletons coordinated with the blue door.
Their neighbor joined in on the fun too!
This townhouse is a renowned plastic surgeons office and gets an A+ for effort – only in NYC ha!
The middle of Park Avenue lined with fall colors.
This house even has hanging bats!
This is Kelly Ripa’s house all decked out. It was hard to get all five stories of her home in one picture.
This house must have a back entrance somewhere I hope or maybe the side… I do love the dedication!
In addition to the Upper East Side, the Seaport District always features a fun pumpkin arch. This year vs last year.
I checked out Rockefeller Center to conclude my tour and not only did I find pumpkins, but I stumbled upon the Día de Muertos exhibit. This exhibit runs from October 22 – November 2nd and I enjoyed checking out the unique sculptures.
Not much longer before Rockefeller will be decked for Christmas 🙂
I hope you all enjoyed the tour!! Happy Halloween Week!
