Halloween Decor Tour 2021

Hi friends, welcome back and come on in for a Halloween decor tour! I have so much fun decorating for the holidays and sharing the festiveness with you all. I’ve been slowly adding an item or two to my collection each year and I love how the decorations make our apartment feel fun and cozy, especially at night. I hope you are reading this with a fall scented candle and maybe a pumpkin spice latte or other festive fall drink 🙂 P.S. the ghost on this shirt glows in the dark ha!

This table is my absolute favorite area to decorate in the apartment. Last year I had my eye on this black metal pumpkin, but it sold out before I could make my move. This year I snagged it right after Labor Day and was probably the first person to order it ha! I don’t mess around when it comes to holiday decor. I thought it matched nicely with my lanterns and I love the orange glow at night. Everything is on a timer, and it makes me so happy when all the candles turn on.

The little pumpkins are also new this year and were given to us by Jon’s mom. I love the little pop of color they add, and they’ll be very easy to store! The BOO sign we found in Vermont at the cutest bookstore and for some reason I almost always forget that we have it, but I love this new home for it.

Moving into the kitchen…I have a spoon rest obsession. I’m not sure why, but I love having the perfect spoon rest for each season/holiday. I have cute little bowls for some Halloween candy. If these bowls were filled with peanut M&Ms they would be empty by the time I took pictures, luckily target was out of stock when I went ha! Either way, I’m a sucker for holiday colored m&ms no matter what flavor. I will say, the candy corn has hardly been touched. Are you a candy corn fan?

A little ghost to help make washing dishes more fun.

My kitchen windowsill is decorated a little different this year, but these BOO letters are one of my favorite Halloween decorations. I’m also a sucker for any pumpkin you can put a candle or string lights in.

No holiday is complete without the proper utensils. For some reason I only bought two of each of everything and now they don’t sell the style anymore…rookie mistake!

Funny story with this skull wine stopper… I ordered one from Pottery Barn, and a large box showed up. I thought this was odd because I know wine stoppers are small, so I open the box, and there are four more boxes. I then opened one of the smaller boxes and there were six wine stoppers in there! Some were broken, but I still have about twenty in a box ha!

I also have an obsession with dish towels (especially dog ones), I think they’re such an inexpensive, fun way to decorate. Plus they take up was less room than if I had a throw pillow obsession.

Moving into the living room, I changed up this window a bit this year also. I got these dry fern type things from Trader Joes, I am hoping they will last all season and don’t shed all over the couch. So far this banner has fallen down twice since it’s gone up, but I still love it.

I love this frosted pumpkin, especially when it glows at night!

My final window is the same as last year, except I put a cinnamon brush from Trader Joe’s behind the sign and every so often I get a slight scent of it. This is my last lit pumpkin and I love the festiveness of it.

The only other decoration I have is this sign we keep in the little hallway to the bedroom and bathroom.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you all enjoyed the festive fall tour!
