Hi friends, welcome back to part two of my Upper East Side Halloween decor tour! If you missed part one you can catch up here. In this post Iām picking up the tour on 76th Street and concluding at 95th Street.

This house is Instagram famous for their year round stoop decorations. The owner wanted to make something pretty amidst the scaffolding of her neighbors and it’s become her passion project. The Instagram is @stoopandthecity and it shows behind the scenes of creating this and all the visitors that stop by. This display is extra cool because the flowers on the railing are actually made of legos.

That wraps up the Halloween decorations on the Upper East Side! I had a lot of fun finding all these festive homes and was not disappointed. What do you think about these decorations?
More fabulous property porn, amazing decor and delightful doors.
Some gorgeous property for sure!
Lego flowers?????? Wondering about the story behind that? Did they make them, buy them? And where do people store all these things? Apartments in N.Y.C. aren’t not usually known to be very large I thought.
I think they make them all! They own the whole townhome so maybe she has a storage room.
These are fabulous! I tend to enjoy the more fall themed ones the best with all the flowers and wreaths and pumpkins but the creativity is just great on all of them.
I agree! I don’t think I’d want my beautiful townhome covered in spooky decorations.
A lot of skeletons in this closet Lyssy. I must admit I like the floral and harvest themes better than the scary ones though. Happy Friday. Allan
Ha very true! I prefer the fall/harvest themes better too if I was going to decorate, but they re fun to see everyone’s take.
Once again I am stunned at how much people decorate their homes for Halloween. There must be a few businesses that people hire to decorate their homes, or are there so many creative people with ample time in NYC ? Maggie
It is pretty wild! I think there are companies that decorate, I’ve seen one before setting up. I can’t picture most of the owners up on ladders hanging the skeletons haha but you never know I suppose!
The Upper East Side really went all-out on Halloween dƩcor! Honestly, I enjoyed all of them. Thanks for sharing, Lyssy!
Glad to hear you enjoyed them! It’s a fun neighborhood to stroll through around Halloween.
It’s a lovely way to show how much you care about your home and your community. You see this in the neighbourhoods around Toronto too, more so than in downtown, in my opinion. In Paris, apart from a few shops, Halloween is non-existent, which is a bit sad.
I agree! It brings a lot of smiles to peoples faces when they walk by. That is too bad that Paris doesn’t have more of a Halloween scene.
So much time and effort must have gone into all these displays. I don’t know of a city that is so creative at Halloween.
I always wonder how long they take to put up!
Have been watching the walk-video over YT about this š it looks stunning
Fun! I’ve seen some of those popup before but haven’t watched any. Arm chair travel is a great thing!
haha! Yeah…been doing that while having dinner
Another amazing set of decorations, I just love them all!
They are so fun! If only they were closer we could’ve walked by some.
Loving all the Halloween displays and decorations. I clearly need to step up my game, and this is giving me lots of great ideas.
they’re so fun! One day when I have a house I’ll have to go all out and be the fun house š
I’m enjoying the architecture of these homes as much as the decorations. The third photo is particularly creepy to me – that single scarecrow-ish figure framed by the columns. And the Instagram stairway had me thinking – that’s a LOT of time/money invested in LEGOS!
