Central Park Summer Tour – Part Two

Advertisements

Hi friends, welcome back! I returned to Central Park on another beautiful day for part two of my Central Park Summer Tour. In case you missed part one, you can catch up here. I started my second walk at one of the most iconic parts, The Pond and Gaptstow Bridge. This area is right off 59th Street and across from the Plaza Hotel, so the location makes it extremely popular.

No matter the season, this spot never disappoints.

I especially love the views from Gaptsow Bridge overlooking The Pond with the skyscrapers and Plaza Hotel in the background.

Right between Gaptstow Bridge and Wollman Rink is a great photo spot of the skyline.

Wollman Rink was turned into a disco roller-skating rink this summer. It would be fun to check out if you’re into rollerblading or just want to people watch 🙂

Sheeps Meadow resting from all the weekend picnics.

I walked through The Mall next, I can’t wait until all these leaves change color!

Such a beautiful day!

Lastly, I stopped by the Conservatory Water. I always forget this is here, but it’s such a pretty spot. This spot was featured in Stuart Little and on the weekends, this is filled with little toy sail boats racing around.

I hope you enjoyed this summer tour of Central Park!
