Weekly Workouts 5/21 – 5/27

This week was my last workout at Lifetime Fitness! I had a great last workout there. There is an apartment gym that I’m using and has mostly everything I need. One day we will join an Equinox gym once we get settled and live closer to one. They are pretty equivalent to Lifetime, but maybe a little smaller. Usually on the weekend we visit our friend’s apartment gym and lift with them. That gym has lots of equipment and usually only a few other people are there so it’s like having an amazing gym all to ourselves.

Workouts:

  • Monday: walk on the treadmill
  • Tuesday:
    • Bench: 95# 3×7
    • Incline bench: 65# 3×7
    • Shoulder press: 55# 3×7
    • Lateral raise: 10# 3×7
  • Wednesday:
    • Squat: 145# 3×7
  • Thursday: complete off day
  • Friday:
    • Deadlift: 185# 3×7; 190# 4×3
    • Rear delt cable cross: 20# 5×8
    • Rear delt rope pull: 30# 4×10
  • Saturday:
    • Squat: 165# 3×3, 175# 3×2
    • Straight leg deadlift: 105# 4×8
    • Hip Thruster: 105# 4×8
  • Sunday: complete off day
