Weekly Workouts 5/7 -5/13

This week I was back into my routine and embracing my last few weeks at Lifetime. I started my new program and am loving it so far. It starts out light, so It was good for me to ease back into lifting after my vacation. I was so sore after my first two workouts back though!! I did a lot more accessory work this week and have been doing a little bit of cardio after my workouts. I like multitasking by walking on the treadmill and catching up on my social media and YouTube videos.

Workouts:

  • Monday: complete off day
  • Tuesday:
    • Bench: 95# 3×7
    • Close grip bench: 65# 3×8
    • Overhead Tricep extension: 27.5# 5×5
    • Superset: bicep curl 15# 5×8
  • Wednesday:
    • Squat: 145# 3×7
    • Deadlift: 180# 3×7
  • Thursday: treadmill walk and stretch
  • Friday:
    • Bench: 95# 4×5
    • Dumbbell Twist Press: 20# 4×8
    • Dumbbell Chest Fly: 10# 3×8
    • Lateral Raise: 10# 3×8
    • Shoulder Press: 20@ 4×10
  • Saturday:
    • Deadlift: 190# 4×3
    • Sumo Deadlift: 135# 4×8
    • Cable rear delt cross: 20# 5×8
    • Rope rear delt: 27.5 4×8
  • Sunday:
    • Squat: 160# 2×3 170# 3×3
    • Reverse lunge: 65# 4×12
    • Hip Thrust: 95# 4×8
