This week I was back into my routine and embracing my last few weeks at Lifetime. I started my new program and am loving it so far. It starts out light, so It was good for me to ease back into lifting after my vacation. I was so sore after my first two workouts back though!! I did a lot more accessory work this week and have been doing a little bit of cardio after my workouts. I like multitasking by walking on the treadmill and catching up on my social media and YouTube videos.
