Weekly Workouts 4/2 – 4/8

Hi friends! I’m back on the blog! Last week was so crazy that I only worked out twice which is very rare for me. This week I did all 5 of my scheduled lifts, but worked out four days. Once these tax returns are filed I’ll finally be able to get back into a more regular workout routine 🙌🏻

Weekly workouts:

Monday: complete off day

Tuesday:

  • Squat: 150# 3×7
  • Deadlift: 185: 3×5

Wednesday:

  • Bench: 105# 3×5
  • Shoulder Press: 55# 4×8

Thursday: complete off day

Friday:

  • Deadlift: 205# 3×2
  • Squat: 160# 3×5

Saturday: complete off day

Sunday:

  • Bench: 110# 4×3
  • Squat: 170# 4×3
  • Straight leg deadlift: 95# 4×8
  • Hip Thrusts: 95# 4×8
