Hi friends! I’m back on the blog! Last week was so crazy that I only worked out twice which is very rare for me. This week I did all 5 of my scheduled lifts, but worked out four days. Once these tax returns are filed I’ll finally be able to get back into a more regular workout routine 🙌🏻
Weekly workouts:
Monday: complete off day
Tuesday:
- Squat: 150# 3×7
- Deadlift: 185: 3×5
Wednesday:
- Bench: 105# 3×5
- Shoulder Press: 55# 4×8
Thursday: complete off day
Friday:
- Deadlift: 205# 3×2
- Squat: 160# 3×5
Saturday: complete off day
Sunday:
- Bench: 110# 4×3
- Squat: 170# 4×3
- Straight leg deadlift: 95# 4×8
- Hip Thrusts: 95# 4×8
