Guilt Free(ish) Buffalo Chicken Dip

Superbowl Sunday is coming up and I made a dad-approved (if he eats something with fat free cream cheese and likes it, then it’s a good sign) healthy version of the famous Buffalo Chicken Dip. There are only five ingredients and a total prep time of less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded chicken (we premade this in the crock pot)

1(8oz) package fat free cream cheese, softened

½ Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce

½ cup Bolthouse Farms blue cheese dressing

½ cup crumbled bleu cheese/any cheese you prefer

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350*F

Combine all ingredients, we used a hand mixer, and spoon into shallow 1-quart baking dish

Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through

Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, crackers, or vegetables
